The Logan Endoscopy Day Surgery unit has been operational since March 1994. This unit started in order to provide an affordable endoscopy service to the Logan and Beaudesert Shires whilst striving for the highest clinical standards in safety and patient services.
We are accredited with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS).
Our Specialists consult on a variety of issues. Please note you will need a current referral to make an appointment.
Also known as upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, used to examine the oesophagus, stomach and duodenum.
Used to examine the colon (large intestine). You will need to take laxative preparation to clean your bowels for this procedure.
An option to replenish low iron levels, particularly if iron tablets have not been successful.
